While you are covered under the support plan, you will have access to the
latest versions of your software when they become available. These
versions upgrades are normally chargeable items which you will receive
free while under the support plan.

If your clock goes down, you can rest assured knowing that
with a simple phone call an exchange unit will be sent to you the next
day. This no-hassle exchange eliminates the time needed to send in your
unit for estimates and repairs. This exchange is limited to defects in materials or
workmanship.

If you have any questions with the operation or support of your system,
you will have unlimited access to a trained factory support representative
via our toll-free telephone support number. If you are not covered by the
support plan, these calls are billed on a per incident basis.
Extended Warranty
The support plan will extend the standard warranty that came with your
product. While under warranty, or with this plan, your time clocks will be
covered for free parts and labor to repair defects in materials or
workmanship. Warranty
is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the
equipment's performance. No warranty is given to normal wear items such as
batteries, ribbons, cards, dot matrix printer pins and other normal wear
items as determined by service facility.
No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating
improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages caused
by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or
radio waves. Surge protectors are readily available to enhance and protect
equipment performance following initial installation.
Our goal is to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We
will give a top priority service to all warranty requests.
The foregoing obligations are in lieu of all other obligations and
liabilities including negligence and all warranties, of merchantability or
otherwise, expressed or implied in fact or by law, and state our entire
and exclusive liability and buyer's exclusive remedy for any claim of
damages in connection with the sale or furnishings of goods or parts,
their design, suitability for use, installation or operation, we will in
no event be liable for any special or consequential damages whatsoever,
and our liability under no circumstances will exceed the contract price
for the goods for which liability is claimed.
