The Employee Edit Screen groups together in tabs all related
information and provides links to other setup screens, allowing you
the easy access to departments activity, holidays, scheduling.
E-Mail &
Export Management
Justset a scheduled date and time for the system to auto
e-mail or export a payroll file or reports within a WAN, LAN or over
the internet.
Export
your payroll to spreadsheets such as Exel or to your payroll company
or accounting department.
Policy
Management Maximum flexibility in setting
up pay policies, covering as many rules as possible. Since company
policies, labor rules and contracts change as your company grows,
adding new policies and changing existing ones should be quick and
painless. The Policy Wizard allows the setting up of policies in
simple, step-by-step fashion.
Basic rules are grouped together in screen pages to avoid the
difficulty of sorting through strictly optional rules before the
system can be up and running. On-line, context sensitive help provides
clear details on each field and button on screen, saving your valuable
time.
Attendance
Management On occasion, you may need to edit timecards (for example when an
employee forgets to punch IN or OUT). The Time Card Edit screen gives
you the complete tools to quickly locate exceptions that require
correction.
The Time Card Edit screen displays all punches and calculated hours in
a convenient, easy to understand format. Buttons at the bottom of the
screen allow immediate access to editing windows and supporting
information.
Scheduler The scheduling tools simplify the task of scheduling employees.
Schedules can be set up for individual employees or created for entire
departments or job designations.
Schedules can be based on employee's normal shifts, or copied from
weekdays, other weeks or other employees. Schedules may also be
generated from defined repeating day cycles, or created for whole
departments in a few simple steps.

Calendar-type reports give
employees and supervisors quick, graphic looks at their schedules for

Accruals The Accruals module automatically calculates benefit hours such as
sick and vacation time based on your company's policies and
restrictions. The system performs availability checks when entering
these hours at the time card edit screen, preventing the use and
payment of hours not yet earned.
Accrual reports display the number of hours accrued, earned, used and
available for review by supervisors and management.

Interfaces
Over 200 payroll interfaces are available, allowing connectivity to
your company's payroll service provider or in-house payroll system.
Lock-Out
The lockout module allows managers to restrict employee punches to
certain times of the day.
Default lockout times can be set for all employees for the entire
facility, or for individual employees following their shifts and
schedules, controlling access and limiting unauthorized overtime.
AutoBack-Up
A complete copy of all data files can be backed up and stored in
compressed format for convenience and portability.
When restoring data to later software versions, the backup data
structure is automatically adjusted to match the current version.
Security
Each screen may be blocked off for selected users, and details such as
dollar values and personal information may be made invisible. Users'
views may be restricted to specific groups of employees.
The system also maintains full audit trails, allowing accountability
and recreation of activities for administrative purposes.
PC
Login
The Employee Module – is
used on a daily basis by employee's that will login at their PCs.
Employees can record their hours, print their own time sheets, view
messages from administrators, and allows them to leave a comment.
Telephone
Punch – Employees
can clock in & out, switch departments, and enter other
activity using a telephone.Supervisors
can restrict telephone numbers, and make department transfers
based on what telephone number the employee called from.
Standby
Time
This
feature allows you to automatically punch a set amount of hours for an
employee on a specific day.This
feature is mostly used for employees who are on stand by and still
receive credits for their hours.This window is divided by the days of the week.To view standby time for a specific day, select the day from
the labeled tabs.To
enter Standby time, click on the day you wish to enter standby for
then select the insert button to enter the Standby Time Update Form.
Reports
Library
Each report type is designated
by a folder icon.
Employee Information Reports – These set of
reports provide information on the employees that are not related to
their Time Activity.
Management Reports – The reports under this
category are designed for management purposes only.Such as keeping track of Exceptions.
Payroll Reports – These reports help the
employer in understanding what to expect to pay the employees for the
hours worked.
Schedule Reports – Schedule reports can be
printed to obtain a hardcopy of the work schedule for viewing.
Timecard Reports – The Timecard Reports
provide a variety of type of reports that show a summary or detailed
information of employees’ activity.

Frequency – This
is how often the program will run the auto report schedule feature.The options are: Once, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Date to Print – This
is the date that you want the system to print the current set up on.
Time to Print–
This is the time that you want the system to print the
current set up on the date selected above.
Voice
Verification
Use
Voice Verification:Check
this box if you wish to activate voice verification. Once it has been
activated, the software will require all employees to verify identity
by voice when entering either the Employee or Manager Modules
